There are so many reasons to work toward real health and fitness and remember it's a process. You should not be overly impulsive in this area, as it will cause you to be counter-productive. If this depicts how you act than you might want to consider changing your outlook. Quit looking at yourself in every mirror you walk by and weighing yourself multiple times during the day. Just devise your plan and work toward it every day as much as you possibly can. Forget about everything except fulfilling your daily objectives. Always choose to walk when you can, rather than putting modern conveniences to use. If there's an elevator, than take the steps and do the same if there's an escalator. It is okay to walk a mile to a quickie mart, rather than taking your vehicle.
